Most churches do best with 8–12 weeks of lead time before a major Sunday or campaign launch. That gives us time for discovery, scheduling, production, and thoughtful launch planning. In a pinch, we can sometimes accelerate timelines—let us know your date and we’ll be honest about what’s possible.
We intentionally design our process for lean church staffs. Outside of the discovery call and helping coordinate a few key people for filming, we handle the heavy lifting—creative direction, logistics, and edits—so you stay focused on shepherding your people.
Yes. We regularly travel to churches and ministries across the country. Travel costs are included transparently in your proposal so there are no surprises. When possible, we group shoots regionally to steward costs well.
That’s normal. Our discovery process helps you clarify which story will best serve your people right now. We’ll bring options (testimony-driven, vision-casting, missions, etc.) and recommend a direction based on your goals and upcoming calendar.
