First things first we have an onboarding call where we get a good understanding of the project and we see if we're a good fit. Then our team gets to work on a proposal that includes the price for the film and deliverables once we all agree and the first deposit is paid, we start planning and getting ready to film (development and pre-production) this is where we do tons of research, we come up with ideas, we storyboard and plan the shots, we find the cast/crew (if needed) then once all of the preproduction is all done, we organize all of the content we have now and make it into an easy to understand film plan and we plan the date for the filming. Now that pre-production is done, it is time for filming (production), this is where we film everything and all of our thoughts and ideas come to life. And now that we filmed everything and got all of the footage we need for this film, its time to start post production. This is where we get to work and take everything we did in the last few processes and get it ready to show. This includes the initial cut edit, color correcting, color grading, sound design, Revision process (Send it out to the team and get feedback), Final edit process and Final delivery. It takes multiple people to make a film happen and it takes lots of time. We like to keep clients in the know and a part of the process. We will always be sure to keep you in the loop and not leave you behind on where we are in the process. We use a tool called asana to keep us on track with deadlines, share tasks across our team and make sure we don't miss a thing. We like to be in contact with our clients at least once a week to keep you in the know. Each project is different and each clients needs/wants are different in communication so we make sure to get a good understanding of your wants and needs, how involved or not involved you would like to be and so on. We manage every project and have people that specialize in managing projects. So we take care of all of this for you and you don't need to worry about a thing!
